Liberté Guthrie and Kaitlin Fitzgerald co-founded Crossroad Developments. Together they bring over two decades of combined experience in property, business and finance, having founded and sold multiple businesses across the industry. Avid investors with extensive financial experience, they have delivered more than 30 residential and commercial projects across QLD and NSW and invested in and developed multiple childcare centres. Their combined expertise spans financial feasibilities, contract negotiations, capital raising, interior design and project management. Liberté and Kaitlin are active members of several business networks and industry groups, sit on multiple boards, run education events for the industry and are longstanding supporters of not-for-profit organisations.

Ish Lomarda
Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator
Ish is a key member of our team, serving as the Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator, reporting directly to our directors. She is the go-to person for all the day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our business, excelling in administrative management and handling client communications on behalf of our leadership.
In her expanded role, Ish also plays a pivotal part in coordinating operations, including event management, content management and sourcing and liaising with suppliers and consultants. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities ensures the smooth operation of our business, allowing the directors to focus on strategic decision-making.
Ish completed a Bachelor of Education and brings over 13 years of experience in business administration to the table.
She has worked with clients across various industries, notably the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where she provided essential administrative support to the embassy staff and honed the strong interpersonal skills that have been critical to her successful career.
Kristina Dressler
Digital & Graphic Designer
Kristina has a Cert IV in Graphic Design and has extensive background in Marketing across many industries for over 12 years. Kristina has held key executive roles including Marketing Director & Coordinator.
She is a critical part of Crossroad Developments by overseeing brand strategy and implementation, design & content creation.
She spearheads our marketing plan based on industry data, analysing market trends and competitor research. She works closely with marketing and sales teams to create strategies to ensure favourable outcomes, while collaborating with advertising and creative departments.
In addition, Kristina manages and executes the website design, branding, photography, digital content, as well as social media themes and elements.
Michelle Hermano
Marketing Manager
Michelle is a seasoned marketing leader, brand strategist and event expert with over 17 years of experience driving growth and innovation.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, where her passion for finding solutions to complex human development challenges led her to the world of marketing. Her deep understanding of strategic problem-solving and customer needs fuels her ability to build powerful, impactful brands that connect with audiences and deliver results.
Throughout her career, Michelle has excelled in developing and executing marketing strategies, branding initiatives, promotions, activations and digital marketing campaigns. Her work has played a pivotal role in driving brand recognition, revenue growth and competitive positioning.
Michelle’s diverse experience, strategic insight and results-driven approach have positioned her as a dynamic force in marketing, capable of driving innovation and long-term success.
Peanut
Chief Barketing Officer (CBO)
I'm Peanut, the canine commander-in-chief of this pawsitively awesome development team. With my keen nose for success, I bring a whole new meaning to "taking a bite out of the market."
As the CBO, my key responsibilities include sniffing out prime real estate opportunities and barking orders to ensure the builders stay on schedule.
I have a degree in stealing hearts and sealing deals and can often be found lounging in the sun, soaking up those rays for optimal relaxation and creativity.
