Liberté Guthrie
Managing Director
Liberte has a Bachelor degree in Business specialising in economics. She is an experienced property developer with extensive renovation and design experience and has completed over 30 projects in QLD & NSW. Liberté has a background in business development and was an Operations Manager overseeing and managing the development and construction of allied health centres, health franchises & construction sites throughout SE Queensland for over 5 years.

She has built and sold an interior design company and invests in and funds small developers while also overseeing projects, development feasibility and offering ongoing education and mentorship.
​
Liberté continuously works to improve her knowledge in the industry, completing many development courses. She is a member of major property groups, including HIA where she was nominated for Exceptional Women in the Industry and HIA Business Development Professional awards for her work.
​
Liberté has a passion for women in Business and co-founded an not for profit that supports women in the development space and she sits on the board for other not for profits in SEQ.
Kaitlin Fitzgerald
Managing Director
Kaitlin Fitzgerald holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, specialising in Paediatrics. With a seven-year career as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Kaitlin has provided support to many children with various developmental needs.
Her extensive experience in the field has provided her with a deep understanding of the complex interplay of social, physical and emotional factors crucial for promoting optimal child development.

Beyond her work in paediatric health and development, she has completed multiple successful property development projects over the past four years. Outside her own ventures, Kaitlin has invested in the development of three child care centres and various residential projects.
In addition to her career, Kaitlin is a co-founder of an organisation dedicated to supporting women in property development. Her expertise encompasses areas such as financial feasibilities, contract negotiations, capital raising, design strategies for diverse demographics, trade and consultant management, detailed budgeting and adherence to project timelines.
Kaitlin's journey reflects her dedication to enhancing child development, her contributions to property development and her support for the advancement of women in the property development sector.
Ish Lomarda
Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator
Ish is a key member of our team, serving as the Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator, reporting directly to our directors. She is the go-to person for all the day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our business, excelling in administrative management and handling client communications on behalf of our leadership.

In her expanded role, Ish also plays a pivotal part in coordinating operations, including event management, content management and sourcing and liaising with suppliers and consultants. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities ensures the smooth operation of our business, allowing the directors to focus on strategic decision-making.

Ish completed a Bachelor of Education and brings over 13 years of experience in business administration to the table.
She has worked with clients across various industries, notably the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where she provided essential administrative support to the embassy staff and honed the strong interpersonal skills that have been critical to her successful career.
Kristina Dressler
Digital & Graphic Designer
Kristina has a bachelor in Public Relations, Cert IV in Graphic Design and has extensive background in Marketing across many industries for over 12 years. Kristina has held key executive roles including Marketing Director & Coordinator.

She has been a critical part of Crossroad Developments for over 7 years, overseeing brand strategy and implementation, design & content creation.
She spearheads our marketing plan based on industry data, analysing market trends and competitor research. She works closely with marketing and sales teams to create strategies to ensure favourable outcomes, while collaborating with advertising and creative departments.
In addition, Kristina manages and executes the website design, branding, photography, digital content, as well as social media themes and elements.
Michael Lipura
Accountant
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a distinguished member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Consultant organisations.
With over eight years of diverse experience, Michael began his career as an external auditor in a medium-sized local auditing firm, gaining deep insight into the complexities of financial reporting and auditing.
For the past five years, he has honed his skills in end-to-end accounting, including bank reconciliation, payroll management and preparing financial statements. His expertise extends into forensic accounting, cash flow analysis, forecasting and financial modelling.
Michael's commitment to precision, analytical thinking and ability to deliver tailored financial solutions have made him a trusted advisor to the company.
Peanut
Chief Barketing Officer (CBO)
I'm Peanut, the canine commander-in-chief of this pawsitively awesome development team. With my keen nose for success, I bring a whole new meaning to "taking a bite out of the market."

As the CBO, my key responsibilities include sniffing out prime real estate opportunities and barking orders to ensure the builders stay on schedule.
​
I have a degree in stealing hearts and sealing deals and can often be found lounging in the sun, soaking up those rays for optimal relaxation and creativity.
